How do I find out the size of the helmet I need?

After you submit your order we will mail you the sizing kit and the sizing forms. You will be able to take the measurements yourself very easily. Then you mail us back the results, and in a few days your helmet will be ready for shipping. With the Sizing Kit we also provide you a easy guide of how to do it. Any question you may have you can call or e-mail us. Your helmet will be manufactured exactly to the size of your head.

THe N.A. Helmets has been in business since 1958 producing motorcycle, airplane pilot and parachuting helmets with the highest quality.

Are your helmets rated for safetiness?

Definitely yes. Our helmets have the several industry standards ratings. And the same ratings found on more expensive MIL-SPEC helmets. Our helmets have saved hundreds of lives after 40 years in the market.

What is the warranty on these helmets?

All N.A. Helmets are under a 1-year warranty that covers "manufacturer" defects, effective from the date of purchase. This does not cover damage that occurs from heat or collisions.

Are these products only available to customers who live outside the U.S.?

Even though we are located in Cape Canaveral, Florida, our products are available throughout the World. However, you will have to e mail us to check shipping charges and alternate forms of payment.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once we receive your completed order form with payment, or Paypal confirmation of your credit card order was proccesed we will ship you the Sizing Kit. After we receive the measures by e-mail, fax, phone or mail we will need one week to manufacture your helmet. After it please allows up to 10 business days to receive your product. If paying by personal check, please add an additional 5 business days to your delivery time, to allow for your check to clear.

I received my helmet, but it is not confortable enough, what can I do?

We guarantee every helmet to fit the person it was made for. However you have to consider than, as a new pair of shoes, it takes several hours of use to get used to it, and the helmet to get used to you!. So, don´t rush, your helmet was carefully assembled using the size and shape of your head and will fit perfectly after a few hours.
If your helmet doesn't fit right, please return it within 30 days of purchase for a replace or a refund.

I have a special requirement for my helmet, I need a special communications system, what should I do?

Please, contact us. We will deal with you honestly and fast. If you have a problem, or a special requirement, or need a special upgrade we'll help you out. Some of our customers have purchased from us for over 40 years, and some of them with very special needs. We don't keep customers like that by treating them badly or not being helpful to their needs.
